为了融合日本国家的文化，艺术，体育运动和娱乐等各产业，创造新的产业和城市规划，
从而实现未来都市的艺术文化综合性（Integrated Arts and Culture）而设立的研究机构。

設立の経緯
当法人は、日本の青少年たちに夢と希望を与え、彼らが高い志をもって
豊かで平和な社会を築いていくことができるような
芸術文化の香り高い革新的な都市像を実践的に研究・創造し、
日本の文化芸術スポーツのさらなる発展に貢献することを目的とし設立された。

Policy of the organization & its development
Realization of Integrated Arts and Culture fusing with entertainment on the basis of Japanese traditional inherent culture, art and sports, and send the message as a result of our work to the world in order to develop and accelerate an expansion of Japanese Tourism.
The organization makes best effort to succeed and develop the above mentioned tasks simultaneously trying to cultivate new market in the fields of Medical, Food lifestyle and Internet Business on the Global basis especially in the Asian countries..
We hope that we will be able to dedicate ourselves to make further development of Art, Culture, Sports and Education practically researching image and creation of innovative city through the study of city/urban development, culture and sports aspect.
The information and result of those study and research will be also utilized with advantage as seeds of new potential business.
